Cancellations:<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>

We require card details to secure bookings. We will not take any payment from your card unless your entire group fail to show for the reservation at which point the fee would be \u00a310 per customer for small tables, or we hold the deposit for large groups. Cancellations must be sent via email before 4pm on the day for small tables, or more than 24 hours in advance for large groups to:<\/p>\n

Our private events are highly customisable.<\/p>\n

We have 3 spaces for hire – a private bar, an Events Lounge and the full venue can be exclusively hired.<\/p>\n

We can cater for groups with anywhere from 20 to 160 guests.<\/p>\n

Our exclusive and special Jub Jub is ideal for events for up to 40 people. You will have the Callooh experience in a private room with your own private bar and bartender, keeping our award-winning cocktails flowing during the night!<\/p>\n

Apart from our carefully created unique cocktails, we can arrange drinks receptions and drinks and food pre-orders.<\/p>\n

The room is also equipped with a sound system, where you can plug and play your own music!<\/p>\n<\/div>

HOW TO BOOK<\/p><\/h1><\/div>

There is no hiring fee attached to book a private event with us. we work with a minimum spend basis that varies according to the date of your event. To secure the booking, we ask for a deposit, as a part of your minimum spend and that can be used towards food and drinks pre-orders or redeemable on the night of your event, towards your bill.<\/p>\n

there is a 12.5% discretionary service charge added to any drinks or food pre-orders. service charge is included in the minimum spend.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

we have a special events menu only available for private hires! You can pick and choose a combination of bites, sliders and bowl food to go alongside our award winning cocktails during your event.<\/p>\n
